The brand qualifier 'Scenes from an English childhood' represents the philosophy and influences of Chocolate Pudding, but does not warrant that any individual item has been manufactured in England.

The Chocolate Pudding website is intended for the use of trade buyers. While we make every effort to accommodate one-off shopping requests from private customers, we make no undertaking as to the prices at which merchandise will be offered to such customers, or the availability of merchandise for such customers.

Prices shown on the site are guide prices only, intended to help trade buyers assess likely retail margins. If you contact us with your interest in specific lines, we will be pleased to quote precisely against those lines and volumes you wish to stock.

When you order from Chocolate Pudding, an account will be opened for you. Credit terms, and deposit payment terms will be agreed with you, based on your order requirements and its commercial implications.

Unless specifically agreed with you as a condition of your order, all merchandise is sold outright. We are unable to fulfil orders on a restock basis.

Our website always displays our upcoming season's collection, so that you can order from this. Should you require late season stock of the previous season's merchandise, please email us at help@chocolatepudding.co.uk and we will make every effort to assist you.

When you place an order with Chocolate Pudding, you undertake on behalf of yourself, or any company in whose name you are acting, to effect payment promptly on the date/dates agreed within the terms of our agreement.
